4. Role play exercise

The participants will be divided into four groups. In each group, one participant will be chosen to be the manager and another to be a new employee. They will role-play based on a given delegating assignment.

The other member(s) of the group will observe and take notes and then share their reactions with the participants.

The participants will also be given feed back on their performance by the facilitator.
