We are always most concerned at giving value for money when it comes to the training process. If asked we will shy away from the one time training intervention as it does not necessarily have the lasting impact that it might. Training, we believe is a longer term process where the management of the team, the goals of the team and the training and support are harmonious. Training can be fast but the benefits can be a long time in coming – so we prefer to carry out the training in a supportive role over a period during which time the organization and its management can get in time with the changes being suggested.
