People Development


We run training programmes, we facilitate development workshops and we provide coaching for a variety of organisations and their employees, executives, managers and stake holders.

The coaching is usually for senior executives within an organization and can take the form of simply bringing them up to speed with additional responsibilities or with changes in their approach to communications within the organization.

Alternatively, we can use the coaching to discuss with the senior executive how we will develop training to support his vision. Once we have facilitated and coached the executive to make the decisions then we can work with the team to develop their skills and get them to focus on the objectives.

We find the people development programs are much more effective when carried out over a longer period. Not only does it give the participants the opportunity of understanding more of the ideas, it allows them to adopt the required approaches and to develop plans to achieve the organisation’s evolving objectives.
