Service Requirements

This may involve pre-sales activities, sales, immediate post sales installation and training, or product servicing over a long period. Conversely it may require the sales and customer service teams to service the channel partner, the customer or the end user. Whatever the requirements it will require both thought and action to develop the most effective servicing procedures to support the continuing sales activities. The objective is to develop a relationship, not to just make a sale.
