This review represents a significant contribution to the overall marketing strategy for an organization. However, the market review should focus clearly on the particular product and customer for whom the product is designed. It is of no value to use data from a different market to predict how your organization’s product will fare in another market. For example, simply because your product and organization are successful in Hong Kong, it is not possible to extrapolate that and say that you will be successful in Singapore, for whatever reason.
